As there are Nine Gifts of the Spirit, there are also nine fruit of the Spirit. To lump these all together or to feel one group is more or less important than another is not only unscriptural but very childish.

But the fruit of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self Control.

Galatians 5:22-23

Remember, fruit is born and matures, but it can also wither. If it does wither, perhaps the Christian will bear fruit later on in season. Gifts are irrevocable, seldom lost, and never taken away. We either use them or misuse them!

Fruit is born through walking in and yielding to the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:15,25). Fruit never replaces the Gifts nor the Gifts of the Fruit. The Fruit is for Maturity, the Gifts for Ministry…(1 Corinthians 14:1)
